To use this lift, the consumer (end user or attendant)
must be physically able to do the following:

  • Connect/disconnect docking device to mobility device (may require good hand dexterity). This could be done by:
  1. Leaning over from a standing position
  2. Sitting in the vehicle seat and leaning out of vehicle
  3. Sitting on the Stow-Away seat, being supported by the safety arm
  4. Sitting on the Turny/Turny Orbit seat and leaning over
  • Hold down a button on the hand-held pendant to power the wheelchair up, over and down and vice versa
